Okay so hello once again. Here’s another progress pic! I’m Lissette and I’m 5’2 and started my journey Janurary of 2012. We are now in October and I’m down 40 lbs!
Picture on the left is at my highest weight. No one told me I looked like that, I honestly changed because I felt really unhealthy! First semester of college was stressful, from June to December of 2011 I gained 20 lbs. I tipped the scale at 182 lbs and I knew I had to change!
I have tried losing weight many times before but always gave up. I thought it was too hard, it took too much time, and sometimes I honestly didn’t care. I thought, “whelp, I’ve been overweight my entire life, what’s the need to change that?”
But now as I’m 40 lbs down (and still need some pounds to go) I realize that it is worth it! The time and effort put do eventually bring results! And you can be proud of something you did. It is never too late to change your life. Start tomorrow, start today, do something right now that will benefit you.
I am getting all the rewards now for my hard work! This morning I weighed in at 140 lbs even, for a total loss of 42 lbs.
Please take it from me, I WAS ALWAYS BIG. You can do it. You can change your life today.

It’s about time for another progress report. This is me on March 6th and then me 3 days ago on September 30th. I have lost a total of 19 pounds. I know that there isn’t much toning showing in my current photo, but the amount of fat I’ve lost is pretty awesome to me. I’m really proud of my change, and I’m nowhere near done :)

This is motivation for me, the picture on the right isn’t even my highest weight. I started at 167, the picture on the left is around 135. I am stuck around 140 now and am really hoping to get down to 125-130 and stay there. I have a successful fitness blog where I share my experiences and post motivating things at madison-fitness.tumblr.com. Check it out:)
